I have a charming/cozy home. In the living room is a nice wood-burning fireplace to add a warm ambiance to a sitting room/living room area. There is a small gym with exercise equipment including a peloton bike and peloton rower. A newly remodeled kitchen opens up to a deck with a welcoming built-in firepit surrounded by chairs. The yard is covered in fake grass for a dustless and clean-looking yard as well as a jacuzzi. The kitchen can seat 3 people at the counter and six around a table. There is also a quaint little guest house in the backyard as well. It is occupied but can also be used to rent out for shoots...not for overnight bookings. Our front yard is open and has nice-sized patches of grass to set up for dining or can be set up for front yard shoots....anything is possible.
