Discover serenity nestled between the Southern Highlands and the South Coast, just a scenic 5-minute drive from Kiama. Perched along the rolling green hills of Saddleback Mountain, 'Lyrebird Cottage' invites you to experience an architecturally renovated oasis amidst 50 acres of lush forest. You can see down over Gerringong and out to the pacific ocean. Indulge in the tranquility of our 3-bedroom retreat, where every detail has been meticulously crafted for your comfort Escape to tranquility in our freshly renovated cottage, a hidden gem nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of Saddleback Mountain. Boasting 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 pristine baths— including a luxurious bathtub—our retreat offers unparalleled comfort and relaxation. Our home is set in a private 50 acres, you can not see or hear any neighbours or traffic. We have hosted dinner parties, baby showers, photoshoots, weddings and other smaller events. There is ample free parking surrounding the property with lots of natural light throughout the day

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
