About the Space

The bold, eclectic decor and natural light in this spacious home create a fun, welcoming environment for gatherings, meetings, celebrations, and creative projects. The kitchen, family room, dining room, and breakfast area are arranged in an open-concept layout that makes it easy for guests to gather, talk, and move through the space. There is also additional seating at the kitchen counter. Please note: the 85-person capacity is outdoor-only. Indoor capacity is limited to 30 people. Up to 30 people can comfortably gather or dine indoors, though more than 14 people requires the rental of the host’s folding tables and chairs. Indoor dining for 30 is spread across several connected spaces: approximately 14 in the dining room, 8 in the living/family room area, and 8 in the breakfast area. The open-concept layout keeps the flow connected and conversational. The modern kitchen includes a convection oven, microwave, convection toaster oven, double sink, and large island. Cookware and serving ware are available, along with full place settings for up to 12. The porch, patio, and backyard create additional event space. Outdoor parties here are especially lovely. The porch has comfortable lounge furniture, a TV with surround sound, and access to the outdoor kitchen area. The outdoor kitchen includes a large grill, double burner, refrigerator, and prep sink. The coffee table in front of the outdoor couch is also a fire pit table. The outdoor areas can be configured in several ways depending on the event. Smaller gatherings can use the existing outdoor dining areas, while larger events may add folding tables, chairs, and tents to create covered dining or reception zones. For larger seated events, rectangular banquet-style layouts make the best use of the space. Round-table layouts may reduce capacity and require advance layout approval. The yard can be used flexibly for activities such as cornhole, a children’s play area, or additional seating. If the yard and patio are used together for tables and seating, up to 85 guests may be accommodated outdoors with an approved layout and appropriate rentals. This capacity is outdoor-only and is not available indoors or as a rain backup inside the home. More than 14 people will require additional tables, chairs, and/or rental equipment. This home is well suited for events such as: • Photo / film shoots • Content creation / blogging / YouTube / podcast / interview • Business meetings • Women’s group meetings • Classes / workshops • Birthday parties • Baby showers • Bridal showers • Dinner parties • Intimate weddings • Small outdoor celebrations Event insurance is required for all bookings. The policy must name the host/property owner as an Additional Insured, must be written on a Primary and Non-Contributory basis, and must include a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the host/property owner. Minimum coverage is $1 Million General Liability and $100,000 Damage. Proof of coverage, including the certificate of insurance and any required endorsements, must be provided and approved in advance. A liability waiver and damage acceptance agreement may also be required.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
