About the Space
Welcome to my mid century suburban oasis in the heart of the SFV. Upon entering the house, you are greeted by lush, natural lighting from floor to ceiling windows that face the backyard and pool. The open floor plan in the house makes creates a perfect flow for any event. The house boasts mid century character with an exposed beam, brick fireplace and slanted windows along that backside of the house—a blast from the past with a modern feel. The backyard is designed to entertain with a pool and tiki bar. My home has been the location for many events ranging from commercials, fashion editorial shoots, dinner parties and more. I hope my home can be the backdrop for your next big idea.

On top of a bi monthly deep clean from a licensed professional, a cleaner is hired between each shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
