About the Space
We are a fine art studio with a versatile layout and the potential to dress and decorate to suit your production needs. Hourly or daily rates are available for film productions and still photo shoots. Close to METRO and bus lines as well as 10 Freeway. 1500 sq. feet. Studio: Exposed brick walls and great natural light. Very vintage vibes with paint all over the floor.. rainbow shelving and all wall displays will be cleared or can be used for an extra fee. All easels/tables will be removed unless rented for an additional fee. Backroom/Kitchen: private space with refrigerator and art sink. This room could easily be a tech room or dressing room. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
