The open floor plan downstairs has an abundance of natural light, full kitchen, dining and living area, a built in desk, a half bath, a television with Apple TV, and surround sound Sonos speakers. Stainless steel appliances are also throughout the kitchen. The backyard deck is perfect for reading and lounging. Open up the windows and backyard patio doors for a nice indoor outdoor experience! There is also a karaoke machina/PA system which is available for use. This would be a great location for an organizational meeting, birthday gathering, dinner party, and much more!

Professional cleaner hired between bookings. Disinfectant spray, wipes, and soap will be provided. As well as clean hand towels and paper towels. Toilet paper and a clean bathroom will be accessible downstairs. Free water is also available from the refrigerator.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
