Important Note: While we strive to accommodate everyone, please be aware that our studio is located on the second floor and is not accessible to those who cannot climb stairs, as there is no elevator in the building. To ensure the health and safety of all our clients, we have implemented a thorough cleaning process and provide the following measures: - Our studio is professionally cleaned every day. This includes disinfecting all surfaces, backdrops, and equipment to ensure a safe environment. - Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance and throughout the studio. Please use it upon entering and as needed during your session. - Special attention is given to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and bathroom fixtures, which are sanitized multiple times throughout the day. - Before and after each session, we clean and disinfect all workspaces, including tables, chairs, and any equipment used. - The studio is well-ventilated to ensure a constant flow of fresh air, helping to reduce the risk of airborne contaminants. - Trash is removed daily, and bins are disinfected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. - We ask all clients to clean up after themselves, dispose of any trash properly, and leave the studio as they found it to help maintain a safe and clean environment for the next user. By adhering to these cleaning and safety measures, we strive to provide a safe and healthy space for all our clients. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
