About the Space
Welcome to our Modern Spanish home located in the heart of Venice, CA. The home was designed by WHLF studio and feels like a modern mediterranean oasis. The entire exterior has Portala Paint Roman Clay walls, Natural White Oak Floors, and boasts natural textures like porcelin, marble, and plaster. The open kitchen has a custom plaster hood with open shelves on either side and faces the dining and living area. Gorgeous natural light fills the space throughout the day making it perfect for photoshoots.
The space includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a gated front yard and backyard. There is an ADU in the backyard with a bathroom that is available upon request but is not included in the listing.
The space can accommodate up to 10 guests. Rates are for still photography only. Inquire for video production.

Health and Safety Measures
The home is professionally and thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking. Booties / shoe covered are expected to be worn at all times by cast and crew during a booking. PSA we do not have large enough trash cans for a mass amount of product packaging & will have to be taken by the guests at EOD.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
