With just over 1,900 square feet of modern, open-concept design, our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 135 guests in a cocktail setting or 100 guests for a sit-down event. Whether you're planning a lively party, a memorable wedding, an elegant luncheon, a trendy pop-up shop, a professional photo shoot, a productive meeting, a heartfelt church service, or a vibrant community event, our space is equipped to meet your needs. Our venue features a dedicated DJ area, ensuring your event has the perfect soundtrack to set the mood. For the convenience of your guests, we offer two unisex bathrooms, one of which includes a baby changing station. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and a warming tower, making it easy to prepare and serve refreshments. Here’s what we are doing to ensure a clean and safe environment for your event: Enhanced Cleaning: We have implemented rigorous cleaning protocols, including daily deep cleaning and frequent disinfection of high-touch areas. Social Distancing: Our venue is spacious enough for safe distance seating arrangements Hand Hygiene: Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the venue, and restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
