About the Space
Located down a charming alley row in the heart of downtown Oak Park, our historic loft studio provides the perfect setting for your next creative board meeting, brainstorming, shower, photo shoot, listening party, focus group, charity event, and more. The open-concept floor plan boasts plenty of natural light via the horse-stable style industrial picture window storefront. The exposed brick walls, designer furniture, and vinyl-ready audio setup inspire a creative and relaxed atmosphere. The space comes complete with a newly designed kitchen that features ample counter space, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave oven. Cabinets are stocked with dishes and serving ware for your event. Feel free to put a record on the turntable, and plug in your phone or computer to soundtrack your session. We also have a Bluetooth projector setup for viewing films and presentations. The studio is steps from numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, public parks, and UPS stores. Oak Park Ave Green Line L Stop is less than a block away.

Please use the sink and dishwasher to do your own dishes. To take out the trash, the dumpster is located directly across the alley from the door you entered.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
