This incredible waterfront space is perfect for groups of up to 40+ people for small events, parties, concerts, and meetings. Access to full kitchen. Fabulous view of Elliot Bay and ferry dock. Small outside "smoking deck" with a great view. The space is used as an art gallery (by appointment only). Art is for sale. The space has a bar and fridge. Access to a full kitchen and "green room" is available in the attached space next door if needed.

The space is cleaned before and after any events. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. Cleaning supplies are available as needed. A $200 cleaning fee is required in addition to the rental fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
