Here’s an overview of our thorough cleaning procedures: Pre-Event Cleaning: Our team performs a comprehensive cleaning of the entire venue before each event. All surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and restrooms, are disinfected using high-grade cleaning products. Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped to ensure a pristine environment. During the Event: For events extending over several hours, our staff may perform light touch-ups in common areas and restrooms to maintain cleanliness. Trash receptacles are monitored and emptied as needed to prevent overflow. Post-Event Cleaning: After each event, we conduct a detailed cleaning to prepare the space for the next guests. All used linens are laundered, and any rented items are sanitized according to industry standards. High-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, and bathroom fixtures, receive extra attention to ensure thorough disinfection. Regular Deep Cleaning: In addition to our event-specific cleaning, we schedule regular deep cleanings of the entire facility. This includes steam cleaning carpets, sanitizing air ducts, and performing maintenance checks on all HVAC systems to ensure optimal air quality. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
