Located in Northeast LA and just 10 minutes outside of DTLA, our 1100 sqft studio is perfect for your next photo or video shoot, event, and more! Our creative community shares a free parking lot on-site. Our unit is located in the front and on ground level, making load-in extremely easy for talent and crew. We have a cute dining/meeting and seating area, plus a dressing room and plenty of space for hair and makeup setup. Bathrooms are located just outside the unit. Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
