There is a patio area with a fountain and 2 love chairs. Patio 2 has a bench seat and is near the garden. The lawn area is great for a picnic. Lots of lush green trees and plants. 3 patio area has a basketball court. Very quiet and private area for a gathering. Umbrella is available for the lawn area.
