Welcome to Studio Sol, the signature event space inside DRIP Creative Studio — inspired by my favorite hotel in Tulum. This listing is specifically for events or parties that end after 8:00 PM. Studio Sol is a 500 sq. ft. space with a minimal, tropical aesthetic, featuring limewash walls, a 20-foot ceiling, and a roll-up garage door that floods the room with warm, natural light during the day and opens up beautifully for night events. The room’s centerpiece is our iconic 7-foot circular structure and staircase, built for sitting, posing, and creating unforgettable moments. Beneath the stairs sits a sculptural arched alcove, and across the room, 8-foot-tall mirrors stretch the full length of the wall, reflecting movement, light, and energy. One wall is wrapped in lush greenery from our plant wall, giving the space a fresh, organic feel. Guests also have access to the lobby lounges, water stations, two bathrooms, shower, beauty vanities, locker room, and two changing rooms — perfect for wardrobe changes or glam touch-ups. Lighting and sound are ready to go: two RGB lights, a spotlight, and a JBL speaker are included with your rental, and two smart TVs are available for streaming visuals or music videos. For convenience, the studio features a garage bay for easy load-in and load-out, with a large private parking lot directly behind the doors — vendors love how accessible it is. Every detail of Studio Sol was designed to host events that feel high-end yet effortless — from brand activations and private parties to creative celebrations under the glow of our circular structure.
