BLUE ROOM | ABOUT THIS SPACE (PRODUCTIONS) Welcome to Hype Studios, a creative production facility in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The Blue Room is a 250-square-foot private lounge that can serve as a furnished setting for small content shoots or as a dedicated green room for a separately booked production. Its sofa, rug, mirror, small table, and mood lighting offer a ready starting point for personality-led content, portraits, or relaxed lounge scenes. Two monitors also make it useful for a production support setup, with connections coordinated in advance. BOOKING INFORMATION • Standard booking hours: 8 AM–6 PM. • Four-hour weekday minimum; six-hour weekend minimum. • Early morning, evening, and weekend bookings are available by approval at adjusted rates. • All booked time includes arrival, setup, breakdown, load-out, and departure. • Additional time requires availability and approval; overtime charges may apply. • Shared on-site parking is first-come, first-served and is not exclusive to your booking. • The studio is not fully soundproof. Disclose dialogue, interviews, or other audio recording before booking. • Submit equipment requests before 3 PM, at least two business days before your booking; all gear is subject to availability. • Outside equipment is welcome; share electrical requirements and coordinate deliveries in advance. • Up to eight people can use the room, subject to the space needed for crew, talent, and equipment. • This booking covers the Blue Room only. Stages, other rooms, and additional holding areas are separate. • Confirm camera positions, furniture moves, and any monitor-feed requirements before booking. WHY HYPE STUDIOS? The Blue Room offers a comfortable furnished setting for small shoots and a practical private base for talent. It can be booked on its own or coordinated with additional studio space.
