Plan your event during the spring/summer months and utilize the pool amenities such as walk-in stair jets, a waterfall, a cabana, etc. Planning an event in the fall? Our landscape brings breathtaking foliage in the early fall if hosted at the right time. We understand that planning a special event can be stressful and may require a level of flexibility. If you are planning a wedding, we can look to make arrangements for the bride and groom to prepare inside the home which has a guest room with vanity mirror, etc. If you require details such as having a company come in a day early or a day late for setup and breakdown of tents, tables, chairs, etc., let us know. Setting up and decorating the day before a big event is a game changer. Let us know what you may require. We want to help you experience an enjoyable and successful event. Please understand, you are renting the yard space. You will be required to handle any services to be able to put on your event. It is likely you will need a tent or tents for guests to be out of the sun and safe from potential rain. If you have tent configuration questions, let us know and we can give you ideas on what has taken place here. Events have taken place here with multiple tents and a dance floor in the center. A couple of added amenities for rent at an additional fee are the Projector & Screen (Extra $65) and a 30'x10' Celebration tent with five 6' tables (Extra $100).
