When you book this property, you are booking a beautiful open floor plan renovated house featuring a farmhouse theme and modern art decor. People have said it gives an art gallery vibe with the beautiful abstract art on the walls. There’s seating for about 15 people including the dining table which has seating for 7 yet the table extends out to seat 10 people. Two relaxing chairs in a common area, 1 seating bench, 2 stools in the kitchen, and plenty of couch seating on white couches from Pottery Barn. The kitchen has a gas range stove/oven and microwave and a full fridge and freezer. ( additional fees apply if you wish to utilize stove and oven/fry foods inside the home). Food preparation space is included in the regular rental fee. The backyard has a deck that can accommodate seating for 30 people. (With rentals). There’s a hammock and a seating area with a fire pit and grill. (Additional charge applied for using outdoor grill and/or fire pit). I can recommend an event rental company that delivers extra tables and chairs if needed. Depending on the type of event you are planning, Let’s chat! I’ve hosted small weddings, baby showers, graduation parties, game nights, and private chef experiences (chefs love my kitchen and the great dining table that extends to accommodate 10 people).
