Our location is ideally located in Culver City adjacent to Mar Vista and Marina Del Rey. This space is perfect for performances, meetings, conferences, retreats, and corporate events. There is a kitchen area with a sink, refrigerator, and three microwaves with a television for presentations, tables, and chairs. Our open office space hub has 47 cubicle desks and chairs. There are two classroom spaces and two small meeting rooms with Zoom, and logi tech software for telecommunications access. In our multi-purpose room, there is a stage in our warehouse area for performances. In our conference room, there is a state-of-the-art logi tech system for telecommunications, a conference telephone line, and large flat screen TV for video conference calls.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
