This 100+-year-old building is now the perfect blank canvas with a twist providing a clean slate to allow your creative ideas to take flight. exposed beam ceilings allow easy installations fo hanging installments. Original hardwood floors provide a worn-in, industrial feel. The space also has arched doorways and unique exposed brick features. You will find different furniture pieces in all types of styles to fit a variety of different looks. The Space has 4 rooms that include: - entry/waiting room - dressing room - office with writing desk and additional props and furniture - 2 studio space/rooms

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
