VIP CONFERENCE ROOM | ABOUT THIS SPACE (MEETINGS) Welcome to Hype Studios, a creative meeting and production facility in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Our 550-square-foot VIP Conference Room provides a dedicated setting for client presentations, team meetings, strategy sessions, and creative reviews. A large conference table, chairs, and a 55-inch smart screen support a focused meeting format. With HDMI and AirPlay connectivity, a whiteboard, and dimmable lighting, the room is set up for sharing ideas, reviewing work, and making decisions together. BOOKING INFORMATION • Standard booking hours: 8 AM–6 PM. • Four-hour weekday minimum; six-hour weekend minimum. • Early morning, evening, and weekend bookings are available by approval at adjusted rates. • All booked time includes arrival, setup, breakdown, load-out, and departure. • Additional time requires availability and approval; overtime charges may apply. • Shared on-site parking is first-come, first-served and is not exclusive to your booking. • Share your attendee count and presentation requirements before booking. • The room booking includes the listed conference amenities; larger stage areas and other rooms are separate. • Confirm device connectivity and any video-conferencing equipment needs in advance. • A parking plan is required for 15 or more attendees.
