Located north of The Junction in Toronto’s Stockyard District, our thoughtfully designed 1,000-square-foot studio - set in a former bicycle factory - is designed with versatility in mind. It features custom modular furniture to tailor the setup to your specific needs, 14-foot ceilings, exposed brick, large windows, and an abundance of natural light. FEATURES: Please note that the upper loft space houses the Care/Of Experiences office and is not available as part of your booking. • Fully Equipped Prep Kitchen: Includes 30 complete table settings (ample glassware, dishware, cutlery, etc), an array of platters, cookware, bakeware, and utensils for effortless entertaining. • State-of-the-Art Appliances: Kitchen island with built-in stove top and under the counter refrigeration for easy storage and access during events, oven, dishwasher, freezer, and D’Longhi espresso coffee machine (coffee and tea are included with your booking). • High-Tech Essentials: Mobile 65” smart TV system and a reliable A/C unit. • Convenient Facilities: Private washroom. • Modern Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi and a premium Bluetooth speaker system. • Hidden Gem: While understated from the street, the studio opens to an industrial-chic space with a speakeasy vibe that is sure to wow your guests. • Bright and Inviting Space: The primary event area is illuminated with ample natural daylight. • Custom Modular Furnishings: A selection of modular furniture designed to easily adapt the space to your event’s layout, flow, and functional needs. • Catering Your Way: You’re welcome to bring in outside catering to tailor the dining experience to your event. • Curated Culinary & Experience Add-Ons: Optional access to a vetted roster of chefs and thoughtfully curated experiential offerings. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
