Private loft-style creative studio located on the lower level of our Silver Lake hub, ideal for photo shoots, video content, castings, interviews, self-tapes, and small productions. The Ideation Room features a flexible open layout with natural light (with blackout capability), Wi-Fi, lounge seating, wardrobe racks, tables, chairs, and kitchen access (upon request). Located on the lower level, with private load-in access through the Aaron Street lot and 18 first-come, first-serve parking spaces available on site. Perfect for creative teams, content creators, brands, small production crews, and freelancers seeking a clean, flexible space for photo, video, or casting productions. Overtime: Standard booking window = 8 hours Overtime after 8 hours = 1.5× hourly rate Overtime after 12 hours = 2× hourly rate

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
