Welcome to Utility - a 1500 square foot creative venue that adapts to the talent of artists and designers with the goal of communicating new ideas and bringing the world together. Utility is ideal for (but not limited to) pop-up retail events, photoshoots, art openings, book signings, podcast/live streaming events, meetings, classes and more (just ask us). The venue is a store-front-retail style space that can be customized depending on your needs. AMENITIES (included): - 1,500 sq ft total on ground floor - the space can be modified to accommodate as small as 810 sq. ft. and as large as the full 1,500 sq. ft. (Note that the max square footage for a general retail/vending event would top out at 1,010 sq. ft.) - Mobile stage - put the stage wherever you need to in order to accommodate your event layout - State of the art sound system - Ample power supply - Heating and A/C - Free WiFi - Storefront windows available for branding/advertising - Street level storefront for easy access and loading ADDITIONAL AMENITIES (inquire about pricing): - Projector - Roku Flat Screen TV - Wireless microphone(s) and stand(s) - Valet Parking - Crew for load in/out - Printed materials (we are also a marketing company and can get you great deals on any printed assets from posters to tote bags.)

We keep our space tidy and clean throughout each event. We clean before and after events but would appreciate if guests were to clean after themselves as well.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
