About the Space
The Station Brisbane is an airconditioned natural light and controlled lighting studio in the heart of Brisbane. Our space is a uniquely converted warehouse with modern designer furniture and props for you to use. Inclusions: - All studio furniture and props (for more details please visit instagram @thestationbrisbane) - Fabric Backdrops on portable stand: plain white cotton, oat linen look, champagne satin, mottled copper paint, mottled grey paint. - Basic studio lighting kit (perfect for content creators, basic filming and photography) includes 2x LED panel lights with interchangeable coloured gels + 2x continuous softboxes - Small movable backdrop wall - chocolate brown on one side and white on the other. - 2x Stainless Steel C Stand with Boom Arms - On-site designated parking for the duration of your session - Change room, garment rack, clothes steamer and full-length mirror - Coffee Machine and cold drinks Lighting: The front of the studio is for natural lighting shoots. The movable wall, portable backdrops, furniture, and props are best used here. We have natural light that flows in through the roller doors and the skylights from above. The back of the studio is controlled lighting. This is where our mounted backdrops are located. We encourage you to either BYO own lighting equipment or hire ours. Studio lighting options available for hire: Godox SL150R 165W RGB COB LED Continuous Light - $25 per booking Multiple Color Modes: 3 internal color modes, a complete 360° color spectrum, and a collection of 60 gels, maximum illuminance of 43,300Lux (at 5600K and 1m with the standard reflector), 14 built-in FX special effects such as party and flash, Seamlessly transition between warm and cool tones with a color temperature range from 2500K to 10000K that efortlessly simulates natural light too. Godox Ms 300 Studio Flash + Xlite 120cm Pro Umbrella - $25 per booking Compatible with most major brands - must bring your own compatible trigger, 300Ws With Led Modelling, 5800K Color Temperature, 10W LED Modeling Lamp, 5-100% Adjustable, 0.1 to 1.8 Second Recycling, Flash Duration: 1/2000 to 1/800 sec. Other Details: Air-conditioned Wi-Fi is provided, please ask for the password Additional fold-out tables and chairs are available for use in the storeroom Bathroom through the green door to the west of the building The tap is located between the 2 roller doors (internally) Small kitchenette (fridge, chilled drinks, tea and coffee available) Power leads are available in the storeroom 2 car spaces in front of the building + street parking Disabled/wheelchair-friendly and suitable emergency exits. However, the toilet is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was a great industrial space for shooting. We chose golden hour - and going outside and using the curtains as a backdrop worked out great for us. One issue we had with the space is the company didn't update the photos or description on Peerspace - I booked it because of the photos having the furniture I needed for my shoot. However, once it was booked and paid for we found out the furniture changes seasonally and it had been changed over a week ago. Trying to cancel would incur a 50% booking fee. We made it work, but it wasn't what we wanted. Check their insta - which needs to be mentioned in their listing - for updated furniture. Don't go off the pictures or description on peerspace! The steamer and selection of chairs was helpful. Thanks!
