Downstairs has a TV with HDMI where one can hook up their computer for presentations/seminars or your fire stick or Roku for more entertainment. Downstairs also has about 6 black fold-out tables and 16 black and grey folding chairs. Seats around 35+ standing 40 to 45 people comfortably. Downstairs is surrounded by mirrors on the whole side wall for fitness groups, dance groups, yoga groups, modeling groups etc.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
