Located on the northwest side of Chicago, this spacious and versatile location features an open layout perfect for multiple sets. All of the walls are on wheels, and can be moved to your liking. Whether you're looking for an open floor plan or a specific arrangement, we are happy to customize it for you. Enjoy the convenience of two restrooms and free parking. We are on the ground level with no step, and one of the restrooms contains a support bar. Proudly ADA accessible! Our dedicated production team ensures the space is equipped with workable sets, ready for use by renters, to support your creative projects. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
