About the Space
Great space for large parties, events, yoga classes, dance classes, birthdays, and company parties. Lounge area in the front and large dance floors in the back as well as upstairs. Bathroom and dressing room as well. Beautiful large hardwood floors and chandelier! Painted inside, furnished, great lighting. Has a mini fridge, and lots of mirrors for a full view of dancing or yoga. Lots of seating and chairs. The main ballroom, Chandelier room is 1100 sq ft and can fit 50 people. The smaller downstairs dance area called the Petite room is 700 sq ft and can fit about 20 people. The upstairs dance room is 800 sq feet and can fit 25-28 people also has a bathroom with a shower, and an additional private room, which is enclosed and very private. All rooms have their sound systems, curtains, or doors for privacy.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
