High-End Cleaning Process Between Sessions We take pride in maintaining a pristine and hygienic environment for all our guests. Our high-end cleaning process ensures that the podcast room is thoroughly sanitized and ready for each new session. Here’s what we do: Comprehensive Surface Disinfection: All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment, are wiped down with hospital-grade disinfectants. Special attention is given to high-touch areas such as microphones, cameras, and control panels. Air Purification: The Dyson air purifier is run between sessions to remove airborne particles and maintain fresh air quality. UV Light Sterilization: We use UV light sterilization to eliminate any lingering bacteria and viruses on surfaces and equipment. Deep Cleaning of Equipment: Microphones are sanitized with alcohol wipes. Camera lenses and screens are carefully cleaned to ensure clarity and hygiene. Vacuuming and Floor Cleaning: Floors are vacuumed and mopped to remove dust and dirt. Carpets are cleaned with a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter vacuum. Trash Removal: All trash is removed, and bins are sanitized. Fresh liners are placed in the bins. Inspection and Final Touches: A final inspection is conducted to ensure every detail is perfect. Fresh supplies, such as notepads and pens, are provided for the next session. This meticulous cleaning process guarantees a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every guest. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
