About the Space
This charming mid-century house is located in a quiet San Fernando Valley neighborhood. Its contemporary design is light and airy with high ceilings and neutral tones that make it the perfect backdrop for photo/video shoots as well as events. You'll have access to shoot in the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 family room, bathroom and the backyard pool area. Large french doors lead to a backyard oasis with a private swimming pool surrounded by lush garden hedges. There is an outdoor dining area as well as several other seating areas. Pool is 9' deep and perfect for underwater photography/filming. **Please note there are 2 cats that live in the space, but they will be secluded in a separate room during any bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
