WE HAVE STREAMLINED OUR COWORKING SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE, PROFESSIONAL SPACE WITH CREATIVE VIBE Our space has been optimized for artists of all types: content creators, photographers, podcasters, musicians, recording artists, graphic designers, YouTubers, bloggers, videographers, and more. The studio is fully equipped for your production needs, and we look forward to hosting your next project! Space Details: Studio Room: 110 sq ft Equipment: 1 Desk 1 Sofa 1 Headphones 2 HS8 Speakers 2 Sound diffuser 1 Apollo Twin X (Thunderbolt) 1 Rode Condenser Mic 1 Mic Stand with Tray Additional Features: -The room is located at the back of the building with windows -Waiting area with chairs and a vending machine. -Wheelchair accessible building. -Two restrooms equipped with wipes and disinfectant spray. -Free parking available in our dedicated parking lot and on the street. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, though we prefer to keep the guest count to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
