About the Space

A nice, cozy backyard in the heart of San Fernando Valley with a heated pool, a hut tub and a spacious deck with a lounge area. A suitable spot for parties, events, live performances, gatherings, photoshoots and filming, you name it. Planning a dance lesson or a salsa party? We got you covered: we even have a portable dance flor! BACKYARD Our backyard is 1,500 sqft and has all the essentials you need for your next event: a refreshing pool with jacuzzi; plenty of sitting spaces to enjoy sunbathing or cocktails with your friends; covered area to hide from the sun; and a spacious deck with comfortable sofas and a side table. The backyard has 2 entrances: one from the front and the other one from the alley, which is perfect if you want to separate a guest entrance from the load-in/off zone). POOL/HOT TUB A 23' long and 11' wide pool has 3' in the shallow side and 5' in the deep side. It's surrounded by a nice deck for more comfortable time spending. The 6' x 6' hot tub is a part of the pool and can easily fit up to 10 people at a time. *** Heating the pool or hot tub is an ADD-ON. DECK 28' X 11.5" deck is a perfect destination if you want to take a break from dancefloor or pool activities. It furnished with one long sofa and one love chair, where you can even lay down if you feel exhausted. DANCE FLOOR *** an ADD-ON Our portable dance floor is 10'X10' and can be put and removed when needed. SEATING There are multiple areas for your guests to gather with plenty of seating for about 50 people. There is an amphitheater area with 15 sitting spots. Plus 10 folding chairs, 2 patio chares and a bunch of cushions - all are included in your price. INDOOR KITCHEN+LIVING ROOM There is a 900 sqft open floor kitchen and living room. For all the events (except productions) the access to that indoor area is limited. Your party guests are not allowed there, but you are welcome to use our refrigerator to storage a cake, or a microwave to warm up food. PARKING Plenty of street parking is available for load-in & guests. A host will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your booking. RESTROOM The restroom is located in the house. If your party is more than 20 people, you have to bring your own porta-potty. OUR LOCATION IS GREAT FOR: PARTIES (Birthday, Baby shower, Gender reveal, Proposal, Bridal shower, Pool party, Bachelorette, etc) LIVE PERFORMANCES (Indie musicians, Stand-up show, Storytelling show, Release party, etc) PRODUCTIONS (Photoshoots and Filming) DANCING (Dance class, Salsa party, etc) BUSINESS (Mixer, Corporate event, Team bonding, Brand Pop Up, Product showcase, Orientation, etc) MEET-UPS (Master class, Workshop, Seminar, Wine tasting, Food tasting, etc) PRICING: 1-5 ATTENDEES - $60/HR 6-20 ATTENDIES - $80/HR 21-50 ATTENDIES - $100/HR When you submit your inquiry/booking you enter how many attendees your booking is for and the rate will adjust.

Health and Safety Measures

All the surfaces and amenities are well cleaned and disinfected after each event. The water in the hot tub and the pool is well filtered and disinfected.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
