BACKYARD Our 1,500 sq ft backyard is meticulously maintained and fully equipped for your next event. Enjoy a refreshing pool with an attached jacuzzi, plenty of comfortable seating for sunbathing, a shaded area to relax, and a large stylish deck with deep sofas. For your convenience, the space features two separate entrances (one from the front and one from the alley), which is ideal for smooth vendor load-in and guest arrivals without any overlap. POOL & HOT TUB The 23' x 11' swimming pool features a comfortable shallow end (3') and a deeper end (5'), surrounded by a clean, modern deck. The 6' x 6' hot tub is seamlessly integrated into the pool and comfortably fits up to 10 guests. Please note that pool and hot tub heating is available as an optional add-on. DECK & AMENITIES The 28' x 11.5' deck is furnished with a long luxury sofa and a love chair—perfect for relaxing. For seating, we have you fully covered for up to 50 guests: an amphitheater-style area with 15 built-in spots, 10 additional folding chairs, 2 patio chairs, and a selection of lounge cushions are all included in your rental price. GUEST RESTROOM & PRIVACY To guarantee your absolute privacy, guests have exclusive use of the entire backyard and a dedicated restroom with convenient access. While indoor house access is restricted, we are happy to provide refrigerator space to keep your event cake chilled! PARKING Ample, hassle-free street parking is available for both guests and equipment load-in.
