Made affordable so you can create freely without breaking the bank. This rental can include for an additional cost: 360 spin booth for event space rental. State of the arts podcast recording equipment. (See Pictures) State of the arts microphones for voice recording using XLR to USB-C connector for easy Mac/PC/Iphone/android connection. Entire Space is yours to use during your rental hours. Outside Court yard can be used as well. Podcast Area can be broken down and used for 2 level event space rental.

Unit space will be clean in between rental hours, so it is important you stick to your rental hours.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
