About the Space
It's a very nice backyard resort setting that can be used for small weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, barbecues, meetings, dance classes, basic swim lessons, water aerobics, Pilates classes , meet and greets, and photo shoots. Beautiful Pergola! Umbrellas are available for shade. Installed Fence outdoor lighting . Guests are welcomed to rent additional tables and chairs from any supplier of their choice if more are needed. You can also add additional lighting . The existing outdoor furniture can be rearranged or put away if necessary.

Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
