Our cleaning process includes the following steps to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene: Pre-Event Cleaning: Before each booking, our professional cleaning team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the entire studio. This includes sweeping and mopping the floors, dusting surfaces, wiping down all high-touch areas, and ensuring the bathroom is spotless. Sanitization: All surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and the ceiling-mounted TV, are sanitized with EPA-approved disinfectants. Special attention is given to areas that guests are likely to touch frequently. Bathroom Cleaning: The modern bathroom is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly, including the toilet, sink, and all fixtures. We restock hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper before each event. Waste Disposal: All trash bins are emptied and relined. We encourage guests to use the provided bins for waste and recycling to keep the space tidy during their event. Post-Event Inspection: After each booking, we conduct a detailed inspection to ensure the space has been left in good condition. Any necessary additional cleaning is performed promptly to prepare for the next guests. Air Quality: We ensure proper ventilation of the space to maintain fresh air quality. Our HVAC system is regularly serviced and equipped with high-quality filters. Supplies: Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available for guests to use during their stay. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
