You do not want to miss this opportunity to enjoy the aesthetic of our historic 1895 Victorian home. We are located in the heart of Alameda County in the city of Castro Valley, and as far as we know, we are 1 of 2 Victorians we know of in our city. Our residential property is very easy to find and we have free public residential parking. Castro Valley is a very safe city to visit More info about your visit to our home: -Our backyard Oasis is divided into 2 levels. You will be using the upper-level -Thursdays after 4:30 pm and Friday morning- noon are the only days you may use the lower portion to give our residents in the back cottage privacy -There will be 1 bathroom available for your use - Wifi PW will be provided as needed -Our backyard oasis is filled with lots of greenery and vibrant Mexican decor. We have 2 turtle tanks that flow water and give our backyard a beautiful sound of trickling water -Pool cover will be removed for your video/photo needs -our backyard is very quiet with minimal noise from cars and neighbors ** bookings for this space are by approval only but I will be diligent to respond to your request within 5 minutes of your request***

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
