    Welcome to our private oasis! Nestled in a cozy backyard with an inviting above-ground pool, our space is perfect for your next intimate gathering. Whether you’re planning a baby shower, gender reveal, birthday party, BBQ, or any other special event, our serene setting provides the ideal backdrop. Our above-ground pool is 52 inches deep and measures 18x9 feet, surrounded by a grass turf deck perfect for lounging. The backyard also features an outdoor sectional. Additionally, we offer 2 cocktail high-top tables and barstool chairs for your convenience. To enhance your event, we have photo-friendly grass wall backdrops, perfect for capturing those special moments. There is a private detached outdoor restroom for your convenience, as well as a small mini fridge and 2 large coolers available for usage. Our backyard accommodates a maximum of 30 people, ensuring an intimate and cozy gathering. To make your event even more special, we have additional chairs, tables, and grill. Relax and celebrate in a beautiful, private atmosphere designed for creating unforgettable memories.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
