Nestled in the back of our spacious venue, the Beer Garden is the perfect outdoor gathering spot for 40-75 people to celebrate a special occasion, network with industry peers, or come together with friends for a memorable reunion. Soft turf and surrounding greenery provide a natural feel within the modern, industrial space. Furniture includes traditional beer garden-style tables and benches, and a fire pit with cushioned seats. Shade sails and umbrellas provide ample shade from the bright valley sunshine, while multiple heaters keep you warm during cool, arid nights. Challenge your friends to a game of corn hole, and then grab a delicious bite to eat from the onsite food truck. This semi-private space includes seating for about 60 guests, with a total capacity for about 75. There is no food or beverage minimum for parties with 40 or more guests. Our drink menu includes beer, wine, hard cider, hard seltzer, spiked slushies, mocktails, non-alcoholic beer, sparkling water, soda, and juice (including juice boxes upon request). Spirits/cocktails and all outside beverages are prohibited. Parties with fewer than 40 guests must purchase one drink ticket per person per hour. Drink tickets are $12 plus 9.5% tax and 20% gratuity, and can be redeemed for one alcoholic beverage, mocktail, or n/a beer; or two soft drinks or juices. The scheduled food truck of the day will be conveniently located adjacent to the space. Guests can order directly from the truck, or we can connect you with them to discuss options for your group. You may also bring your own prepared food, which we can refrigerate for you if needed. Cooking onsite and privately-booked food trucks will be considered, but not guaranteed. Free amenities include Bluetooth speakers (playlists must be approved by management), electrical outlets, and guest WiFi. All pricing listed is a standard rate and increased charges may apply during holidays and other high demand periods. Decorations are allowed with the exception of confetti, glitter, or other items that may leave debris, including confetti-filled balloons. Please factor in time for set up and tear down in the total rental time. Rental requests outside of listed hours will be considered for an additional fee. Any live music component is subject to additional fees and managerial approval. All music and other amplified sound must be kept to a reasonable volume that is considerate toward our other guests and neighbors. We offer limited free onsite parking, and there is free street parking within a three-block radius. We are located one block off the Chandler bike path, and we are three blocks away from the North Hollywood Metro Station. Our venue is all ages and pet friendly, so bring the whole family!
