Ask about our 5 bedroom Vacation Rental upstairs for out of town guests! Showers, birthdays, graduation, and more! Weekend booking slots are between 11am-3pm and 4pm-8pm. If you are wanting a different time, just send me a message and we will get it figured out for you! Solana Event Space is a small space that is already beautifully decorated so all you have to do is show up with treats and friends. Enjoy the decor and its light and airy feel. This 1902 building was fully renovated in 2020. Enjoy the old charm with all the modern amenities. The space is welcoming, and unique and comes highly recommended for showers, birthday parties, holiday gatherings, or any other event you can think of. We clean thoroughly after every event in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. We ask that all furniture gets put back, messes are cleaned up, all food and drinks get taken with you, dishes are rinsed and trash is put in barrels in the back room.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
