Move mobile furniture around to suit your needs, however all furniture needs to be placed back in its original location. 1st Floor boasts a 8’ x 11’ brick wall, bed space, living room space, floor length mirror, vanity, and original fireplace. ADA accessible. Winding brick staircase behind fireplace takes you up to the 2nd Floor of the space. 2nd Floor boasts a kitchenette feel with cabinets, full sink, full size refrigerator, dinette table, private changing space and private bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: The second floor is not handicap accessible, but we’re happy to provide access to an ADA-compliant restroom nearby if needed. Our PROP ROOM is attached to our BRIQUE Studio Space — making it easy to grab the perfect finishing touches for your session. Whether you’re shooting in the cozy bed setup, the styled living space, or in front of the full length mirror or white rolling backdrop, you’re just steps away from a variety of props. Swap in a sleek accessory, add a pop or color, or grab a few curated items to make the space match your vibe. It’s a seamless way to personalize your shoot and bring in your creative vision to life without ever leaving the space. It’s like shopping, but for your shoot, and (mostly) everything is included.
