About the Space
The central feature of the house is the large open living room with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. There is also a beautiful built in bookcase. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen as well. This is ideal and made our house a popular place for shoots as there is lots of room to move around and use lights. There are also 3 bedrooms. 2 of them are kids/teen rooms. One skews more male in look and the other more female. There is a large bathroom with graphic tiles and a clawfoot tub. The yard has a swimming pool, built in kitchen/bar area and the side yard has a raised bed vegetable garden.

The space will be cleaned before shoots. Covid guidelines will be followed if necessary or needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
