With the 50-person maximum capacity, you can create a more relaxed and intimate atmosphere, allowing for meaningful interactions within the group without feeling overwhelmed. The property has beautiful views, a 1-acre pond, a 20" double deck, a 12" dock, a waterfall, greenery, and flowers, everywhere is a photo opportunity. Including a couple of cute kitties to greet you. Enjoy the peace and serenity removing the hustle and bustle of the city. Picturesque outdoor spaces is a blank canvas ready to bring your vision to life. You have access to the full 4 acres and access to the main level of the home only for prep. ; containing a full kitchen, living room, powder bath, and dining area. This space is ideal for outdoor gatherings as there is limited indoor space We do not provide : tables , chairs, linens, or decorating supplies.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
