Thank you for considering The French Chateau of Odessa for your special event. Enclosed are photos showcasing both our elegant event space and charming vacation rental. These areas may be rented separately or combined for an enhanced experience at an additional fee. Our event venue offers: 1,500 sq. ft. main space with flexible layout options Four adjoining rooms (120 sq. ft. each), perfect for desserts, a bar setup, or a private bridal suite Two guest bathrooms for added convenience Tables, chairs, and a portable bar included, comfortably accommodating up to 50 guests This unique setting allows for seamless flow and versatility, creating the perfect atmosphere for your celebration. There is no kitchen on site. The cleaning fee is built into the hourly price for event space. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Please note that renting the vacation property in addition to the event space requires a separate contract directly with the owner, as it is not part of the Peerspace event listing. The vacation rental accommodates up to 10 guests and includes: A game room and Wi-Fi for entertainment and connectivity A spacious courtyard with BBQ grill, perfect for family and friend gatherings A full kitchen, dining room, living room, and sitting area with bar Five bedrooms and two ADA-compliant bathrooms All set on a serene two-acre property The rental rate is $550 per night, plus a $350 cleaning fee. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The renter is responsible for leaving the venue in a clean and orderly condition at the end of the rental period. All trash must be placed in the designated garbage cans, and personal belongings should be removed. Any damages should be reported as soon as possible. There is no kitchen in the event space site. If furniture (such as chairs) is moved outside into the courtyard, it must be returned to its original location before departure. This helps reduce potential damage and ensures the venue is ready for the next event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
