Bright and Airy Medium Sized Photo Studio comprising 550 square feet / 8x8m of space. Perfect for any small to medium-sized production, with crews of up to 12 people. The interior of the space comprises white walls and a beautiful Wooden Floor; with a stunning double-height ceiling perfect for Photography! Furniture has been curated by our founder to create a contemporary, light, and inviting atmosphere. The space has been designed specifically for Still Life Photography / Video Teams but also works well for Beauty Shoots and small-scale Fashion Shoots. We welcome Team Meetings, Events, and Workshops. The Space comprises; - Shoot space with south-facing, large industrial arched window - Optional Blackout Blind - Small Kitchenette with Coffee & Tea amenities - Beautiful Wooden Client Table & 6 Chairs - Foldable Wooden Changing Area - 4 X Trestle Tables 2x8' - 13A sockets around the space - 1 X 32A socket - Shoot Trolley - 2 X 20" C Stand, Arm & Knuckle - 5 X 40" C Stand, Arm & Knuckle - 4 X 8x4' B/W Polyboard & Stand Various Lighting, Equipment, Plinths, and Props are available to hire on request. Access to the upstairs mezzanine is strictly forbidden due to Health and Safety.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Communal Spaces (Kitchen, Bathroom and Hallways) are cleaned and disinfected by a professional external cleaning company twice a week. The main studio space is swept and tables/trolley surfaces are disinfected after every booking. We encourage clients to dispose of all waste in the bin bags provided; dry recycling is available for coloramas and cardboard boxes in the large Biffa bins at the far end of the building.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
