About the Space
We are a Photography Studio, as well as a beautiful large space for Art Exhibitions, Meditation Groups, Yoga Classes, Casting Auditions, Poetry Readings, Script Reads, Business Meetings, and more. *NOTE* Please note we are not sound proof for video if that is of importance to your shoot! * We require a refundable security deposit for bookings that are 7+ hour 10+ guests! We have a fridge, coffee set up, a printer, a client seating area and a desk workspace area in addition to shoot space. Please check out more @seattlephotostudio on Instagram. There is a variety of different backdrop colors available at the studio! All backdrops are free of charge if used as only backdrop. If you need to pull paper on floor for model to step on; we charge $10 per pull. There's lighting stands, c-stands and other grip available to use. Photography lighting is available for an additional fee. The space has a bathroom and sink down the hall - but not within the actual studio. We do have a very friendly secure building, a private outdoor courtyard available, and a freight elevator for easy load in. Please reach out with any questions or special requests.

The space is cleaned before your arrival. We just ask that you leave it as you found it.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
