Barberry Hill Farm is a beautiful, large, and sprawling 400+/- acre historic family farm with deep roots in Vermont history books. There are many different zones and use cases for the property from commercial events, photo and video production, weddings, retreats, and more. We do not accept instant bookings and each inquiry is not guaranteed acceptance. We review all requests case-by-case and event-by-event. The property is one of the largest parcels of privately owned land with extreme proximity to downtown Woodstock and The Woodstock Inn & Billings Farm.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
