Open Layout: Movable furnishings allow for a wide variety of setups. Rotating Exhibits: Artwork changes monthly; wall art is not included as part of the rental and cannot be moved or removed. Accessibility: ADA-compliant restrooms and an entry ramp for easy access. DIY-Friendly Setup: Tables and chairs included with all rentals. Event Staffing Add-On: Optional support for vendor coordination, bathroom restocking, and light cleaning for a smoother, stress-free event. Pro-Connect is ideal for small businesses, nonprofits, content creators, and anyone seeking high-quality media without sourcing their own production team. Pro-Connect Creative Services (Photo, Video, or Podcast) $100 per hour, 2-hour minimum Pro-Connect gives you access to an on-site creative professional for photography, video, or podcast production. Each session includes: 1 hour of shooting/recording 1 hour of editing/post-production This ensures high-quality, polished deliverables that are ready for use on websites, social media, or promotional needs. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
