Escape to our stunning property including open space and A-Frame cabins near Rip Van Winkle Gardens in New Iberia, Louisiana. The grounds provide ample space for hosting small events, enhanced by the picturesque backdrop of the pond, A-Frame Cabins, and surrounding woodlands. This modern retreat features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a cozy dining area. The living room boasts soaring ceilings and expansive windows, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and the serene pond just steps from the front door. Relax in the serene bedroom with its unique triangular windows or unwind on the spacious deck with a hot tub and comfortable seating. In order to book an event on the grounds, you must also book the day/night in the two A-Frames. To book the outdoor open space for a photoshoot, you do not have to book both A Frames, but we will need to schedule the photoshoot around the schedule of our guests' reservations.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
