We prioritize your health and safety by maintaining a rigorous cleaning process. Here’s how we ensure our space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected:
Regular Cleaning and Disinfection: The space is cleaned and disinfected following guidelines from local health authorities. This includes the use of approved disinfectants and sanitizers to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
Disinfection of High-Touch Surfaces: We pay special attention to high-touch surfaces and shared amenities, which are disinfected after each use to prevent the spread of germs and viruses.
Handling of Soft, Porous Materials: Soft, porous materials, such as upholstery and curtains, are either properly cleaned or removed to ensure they are free from contaminants.
Enhanced Cleaning Between Bookings: We schedule bookings with adequate time between them to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfection. This ensures that the space is fresh and ready for each new guest.
We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for your use and continuously update our practices to align with the latest health and safety recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
