Here is a detailed process: Pre-Event Cleaning 1. **General Cleaning**: - Dust and sanitize all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and decorative items. - Sweep and mop hard floors. - Clean windows and mirrors to ensure they are streak-free. 2. **Restrooms**: - Sanitize toilets, sinks, and countertops. - Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels. - Ensure trash bins are empty and liners are replaced. 3. **Kitchen Area**: - Sanitize all surfaces, including counters, appliances, and sinks. - Ensure all cookware, utensils, and serving items are clean and ready for use.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
